Regarding the "MOFF Official App Renewal" on Thursday, October 1, 2026, we previously announced that, in principle, various coupons and membership ranks acquired through the old (current) app cannot be carried over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, after receiving numerous opinions and requests from our customers, we have made the following internal decisions:
For those who have not used their free admission coupon issued through the old (current) app as of September 30th, we will transfer (reissue) it as a free admission coupon to the new app.<\/strong>I have been given the opportunity to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers holding the affected tickets are kindly requested to follow the instructions below and complete the necessary procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25a0 Transfer (Transfer) Procedure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

[STEP 1] Save the membership card screen of the current app (until Wednesday, September 30th)<\/strong>

*Please ensure that both "NAME" and "Member No." are displayed on the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[STEP 2] Download the new app and complete registration (from October 1st (Thursday) onwards)
<\/strong> Please download the new official app and register as a member.

[STEP 3] Apply via the inquiry form within the new app (October 1st (Thu) - October 31st (Fri))<\/strong>
Please submit your inquiry through the new app, stating "Request for free admission ticket exchange" in the subject line, and attaching the following two images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    [STEP 4] Coupon distribution (processed sequentially)<\/strong>
    Once we have verified the information you submitted against our management data, we will add a "Free Admission Coupon (valid until March 31, 2027)" to your new app.

    • Regarding ticket redistribution<\/strong>
      This offer applies only to free admission tickets (coupons) issued through the old (current) app that have not been used as of September 30th.
      Only free admission tickets that have been verified against the free admission data held in the old (current) app as of September 30th, when the park closed, will be eligible.<\/span>

    • Regarding screenshots of membership cards
      <\/strong>If you do not have screenshots of both the old (current) app and the new app when applying, or if we cannot verify your name and membership number, we will not be able to process your ticket (coupon) transfer.Please be sure to save the image by the deadline.<\/strong><\/span>

    • Membership rank and other coupons<\/strong>
      With the revamped membership ranking system in the new app,Due to system specifications, it is not possible to transfer or set up various coupons other than membership ranks and free admission tickets.<\/span>Therefore, we kindly ask that you use it by September 30th.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Regarding the application deadline<\/strong>
      The application period for transfer is From Thursday, October 1st, 2026 to Friday, October 31st, 2026<\/strong> This is the result.
      Please note that we will not be able to process transfers after the deadline.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
