The 25 cats that were safely rescued from Aeon Mall Kumamoto after the disaster have been moved to a store in Hiroshima Prefecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although these are uncertain times, we are committed to providing attentive care to each and every animal, including careful nutrition and health management. Since the disaster struck, we have received numerous messages of interest in becoming foster parents, making donations, and offering support. Thank you very much. Regarding the cats that have moved from Kumamoto, we will consider the best living environment for each individual cat, taking into account their age, health, and ability to adapt to their new environment. If the cat is significantly stressed by the change in environment or has difficulty adapting to the new environment, we may consider rehoming them to adoptive families. When considering rehoming, we will check the living environment and other conditions of those who have expressed interest and discuss the matter individually.
