There are adult and child rates depending on the age and grade level on the day of visit.

Children's rates (ages 4 and over) apply until March 31st of the year they graduate from elementary school.
From April 1st of the year a child enters junior high school, adult rates (junior high school students and above) will apply.

We want children to develop an interest in and love for animals by interacting with them from an early age, so we accept children from the age of 0.

*For the safety of children and animals, children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

*Up to three children can be admitted per parent.

We do not allow pets to enter the zoo. We also ask that you refrain from bringing assistance dogs such as guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs into the zoo, as they may startle and excite the animals in the zoo, which could make it difficult to ensure the safety of the assistance dog itself. We appreciate your understanding in order to create a calm and secure environment for all animals.

We do not have a dedicated parking lot (bicycle parking lot).

Please use nearby car and bicycle parking lots or commercial facilities.

We have many first-time visitors and people coming alone, so please feel free to come and visit us.

As a general rule, we do not allow re-entry, but we will make exceptions in the following cases.

• At Moff Animal World BIGHOP Garden Mall Inzai store only, re-entry on the same day is permitted.
• For shops without restrooms inside the park, you can temporarily leave the park and re-enter to use the restroom.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen valuables, so please keep them in your possession.

We take into consideration the ecology of each animal and design the space so that their living areas do not overlap. We constantly monitor their compatibility and immediately move them to individual rooms if they show signs of stress, making mental care of each individual a top priority.

Even on days when the facility is closed, staff always come to work to provide meals, clean, and check the health of the animals. The animals' daily routine remains the same 365 days a year.
