[Sky Cat Cafe] Relocating to the 2nd floor and reopening on Thursday, October 15th!

The "Sky Cat Cafe" located inside the Rainbow Tower at Kasumigaura Fureai Land has relocated to the second floor and has been renovated.

We will begin operations today, Thursday, October 15th, 2026!

We would like to inform you of the following regarding the operating hours and fees after the renovation.

Business hours after renovation

Opening hours and usage times differ between weekdays and weekends/holidays, so please check before visiting.

[Weekdays] You can relax and spend as much time as you like.
Opening hours: 10:00 - 16:00
Last entry: 15:30
Park usage time: Unlimited

[Weekends and public holidays]
Opening hours: 10:00 - 17:00
Last entry: 16:30
Park usage time: 45 minutes

Regarding usage fees

*Children aged 3 and under are admitted free of charge.

[General Admission]
Adults (high school students and older): 1,540 yen (tax included)
Children (ages 4 to junior high school): 880 yen (tax included)

[Namegata City Resident Rate]
Adults (high school students and older): 880 yen (tax included)
Children (ages 4 to junior high school): 660 yen (tax included)
*When using the Namegata City resident rate, please present proof of eligibility.

[For those who have a planner/diary]
Adults (high school students and older): 1,100 yen (tax included)
Children (ages 4 to junior high school): 660 yen (tax included)
*When using this service, please present the original copy of your disability certificate with your photo.

Information and precautions regarding use

This is a guide to help you have a comfortable experience interacting with the cats.

The observation deck is also available.

Customers using the cat cafe can also use the observation room on the 4th floor of the Rainbow Tower.

Includes one drink

We will provide one complimentary drink per person for consumption inside the cat cafe.

Regarding luggage and footwear

While inside the park, please store your belongings in a locker and change into the provided slippers.

Regarding bringing in items

Please refrain from bringing cat toys, cat treats, or food and drinks into the park.
