How do I become an app member?

Please install the app and register as a new member. You can either install the app just before payment and present your "temporary membership card," or you can complete your full registration on the spot and present your membership card.

If I change my phone model, will my points and membership information be transferred?

Yes, you can transfer your data. Simply install the app on your new device and log in using the email address and password you used during registration to complete the data transfer.

I can't log in even when I enter the email address and password I used for the old MOFF app.

The email address and password you registered with the old app cannot be used to log in to the new app.

Is it not possible to transfer my rank and points from the old app?

Due to the transition to the new app, it will not be possible to transfer your "membership rank," "various coupons and tickets," or "acquired points."We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may cause to our customers who have been using the current app.For those who have not used their free admission coupon issued through the old app as of September 30th, we will transfer (reissue) it as a free admission coupon to the new app.I will do so.

How do I earn points?

When paying, please present the barcode displayed on the "CARD (Membership Card)" screen of the app at the register. Points will be credited immediately after payment is completed.

Do the points have an expiration date?

Yes, points expire one year after they are awarded. You can check your current point balance, the number of points due to expire, and the expiration date at any time from "Point Inquiry" on the "CARD" screen in the app.

[Regarding the use of coupons and point exchange]

What can I use the points I've accumulated for?

You can exchange your points for coupons of your choice from the "Point Exchange" menu on the "MORE" screen of the app. You can also select and exchange multiple coupons at once. The exchanged coupons will be reflected on the "COUPON" screen of the app.

I accidentally pressed the "Used" button on the coupon myself. Can I no longer use it?

The procedure varies depending on the type of coupon.

If we use it as a group, is it possible to award points to everyone's app?

No, points can only be awarded per person (one membership card) per transaction.If you would like everyone to receive points, please have them pay separately.

I was unable to receive points at checkout because my membership information couldn't be scanned. Although they addressed the issue later, the points haven't been reflected in my purchase history.

What period of usage determines my rank? (Regarding the rank assessment period)

The assessment will be based on the total amount spent and the number of visits within one year from the date you first used our app. (For example, if you first used the app on January 1, 2026, the assessment period will be one year, until December 31, 2026.)

When will my rank go up?

Even during the assessment period, you will be promoted to the next rank the day after you meet the conditions for the next rank.

Is it possible to be demoted (rank down)?

Yes, we do. At the end of the assessment period (1 year), we evaluate your usage record for that year and determine your rank for the following year. Therefore, if your performance does not meet the requirements for your current rank, your rank will be lowered the following year. (For example, if you meet the requirements for "S rank" in 2026, you will start at "S rank" again in 2027. However, if your performance for the entire year of 2027 is equivalent to "B rank," your rank will be downgraded to "B rank" in 2028.)

How can I maintain my current rank?

During the assessment period for your current rank (1 year), you can maintain the same rank the following year by meeting the requirements for that rank again (annual spending and number of visits).
