About the living environment of cats
At MOFF, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our cats in every space, from the welcoming area to the backyards where they rest. We are meticulous about cleanliness, air quality, and temperature control. We believe that the accumulation of these individual efforts protects the cats' healthy lives and leads to a moving experience where they can feel the warmth of life. We strive to create a sincere environment that is comfortable for both cats and people.
The safest place to be is where you can't see.
The waiting rooms and back areas are where the cats spend most of their day. Because these are places out of sight of people, we believe they require the most meticulous management. We check their bedding, food bowls, and litter boxes every day, maintaining a clean space where the cats can rest with peace of mind.
Creating an environment tailored to individual personalities
For cats, room temperature and humidity are factors that greatly affect their health. We maintain the optimal environment at all times, taking into account individual differences depending on the cat's breed, age, and physical condition on any given day. We are committed to creating a space where cats can relax and be themselves, regardless of the season, by minimizing the physical strain caused by heat or cold.
Ventilation and odor control within the park.
To ensure the health of our cats and the complete relaxation of our customers, we thoroughly ventilate and constantly circulate the air. We also perform daily cleaning and checks to eliminate the root cause of odors, maintaining a clean and fresh air environment at all times.
About cat health management
At MOFF, what we value most is listening to the "silent voices" of the cats. We carefully check each cat's appetite, expressions, and even the slightest changes in their behavior every day. We don't force them to do anything they don't want to do, and we watch over them to make sure they are living happily at their own pace. We believe that this accumulation of daily care leads to the happiness of the cats and the peace of mind of our customers.
Health management and care
We carefully check each cat's food intake and facial expressions every day, providing optimal care tailored to their physical condition on that day. We ensure that all cats receive their annual combination vaccine and regular administration of deworming medication. Furthermore, we maintain a clean environment where the cats can always live comfortably, both physically and mentally, by regularly trimming their claws and brushing them.
Organized medical backup system
Prioritizing the health of our partners who cannot communicate their discomfort verbally, we have established a system to systematically protect their lives as a company, with a resident in-house veterinarian and regular visits and guidance from two external consulting veterinarians.
Health check sheet (diary) / management sheet
At all our facilities, we use an app to record the health status of cats daily, allowing us to objectively understand even the slightest changes each day. By managing these medical records as cloud data, we ensure thorough information sharing among store staff and veterinarians, enabling multiple eyes to immediately notice even small changes and create a system where we can provide timely treatment, prescriptions, and responses as needed.
About keeping cats
At MOFF, we value respecting the natural rhythms of a cat's life. Instead of forcing interaction, we create an environment where cats can choose for themselves whether they want to be petted or rest alone. We believe that the warmth that develops when cats have the space to approach and connect with people on their own becomes all the more special. By allowing cats to live "as themselves," we aim for a healthy coexistence between humans and cats.
