Following the "MOFF Official App Renewal" implemented on October 1, 2026 (Thursday), we are now transferring (reissuing) any unused free admission coupons issued through the old app as of September 30th to the new app.
Customers holding the affected tickets are kindly requested to follow the instructions below and complete the necessary procedures.

■ Transfer (Transfer) Procedure
[STEP 2] Download the new app and complete registration (from October 1st (Thursday) onwards)
Please download the new official app and register as a new member.
After completing your registration, please save a screenshot of the membership card screen in the new app, which displays your name and membership number.
※The email address and password you registered with the old app cannot be used with the new app. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please download the new app and register as a new member.
[STEP 3] Apply via the inquiry form within the new app.(From Thursday, October 1st to Friday, October 31st)
Please submit your inquiry through the new app, stating "Request for free admission ticket exchange" in the subject line, and attaching the following two images.

② Screenshot of the membership card in the new app

Even if you do not have a screenshot of your old app membership card, we will verify your account using the username and date of birth you registered with the old app, and proceed with the transfer of your free ticket.
We will do our best to investigate this matter, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but please fill out and attach the following information and contact us via the inquiry form.

- The "date of birth" you registered in the old app
[STEP 4] Coupon distribution (processed sequentially)
Once we have verified the information you submitted against our management data, we will add a "Free Admission Coupon (valid until March 31, 2027)" to your new app.

Regarding the redistribution of tickets
This offer is only valid for free admission tickets (coupons) issued through the old app that were not used as of September 30th.
Only free admission tickets that have been verified against the free admission data held by the previous app as of September 30th, when the park closed, will be eligible.
Regarding the application deadline
The application period for transfer isFrom Thursday, October 1st, 2026 to Friday, October 31st, 2026This is the result.
Please note that we will not be able to process transfers after the deadline.
