We are pleased to announce that we have completely revamped the "MOFF Official App" in order to allow our customers to enjoy their in-store experience even more and to express our gratitude for their continued support.
The updated app offers even more rewarding and exciting benefits than before, including the addition of a points reward system and an expanded tiered membership system.
■ Main functions and features of the new app
① Earn points when you shop
We will be introducing a system where you can earn points by using our stores and making purchases.
You will receive 1 point for every 110 yen (tax included) spent, and this applies to all purchases, including admission fees and original merchandise.
Your consistent daily use directly translates into a sense of value for your money.
The points you accumulate can be exchanged for a variety of rewards.
② A 10-stage "new stage system"
We are upgrading our existing simple four-rank system to a more detailed "10-stage" system that evaluates fan levels. As you move up the stages, you will receive attractive benefits such as exclusive perks and special coupons that are tailored to your level of fandom.
③ Personalized delivery to deliver the most relevant information.
We provide a distribution service that delivers the most relevant information to the right people at the right time, based on the user information and interests you have registered.
④ Information about our membership program
The new app offers two membership options: "Provisional Member" and "Full Member."
・Temporary Member (Ready to use immediately after download)
You can start "accumulating" points without any initial setup (※Some functions are limited).
• Full Member (Register your information to fully enjoy the benefits!)
You can register by entering your customer information, such as your name and date of birth.
To use points, exchange them for rewards, or receive coupons, you must register as a full member.

■ Renewal implementation schedule and update method

- Update to the new app will begin: Gradually from the evening of Wednesday, September 30th.
- New app launch date: Thursday, October 1st
How to update
Reinstalling the app is not necessary.
- Customers with automatic updates enabled: Your app will automatically update to the new version starting Wednesday evening, September 30th.
- For customers who have manual update settings enabled: Please perform the update manually via the App Store or Google Play Store.
[Important] To our current app users (Important notice regarding the migration)
Due to the transition to the new app, it will not be possible to transfer "various coupons from the current app" or "membership rank."
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may cause to our customers who have been using the current app.
Therefore, we would be very grateful if you could please review the following information.
- Expiration date for the current app: Until the end of business hours at each store on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
- Regarding coupon usage: If you have an unused coupon, we would appreciate it if you could visit the park and use it by Wednesday, September 30th.
*Please note that current coupons and rank benefits will expire after October 1st (Thursday).
