Q. Can children enroll without an adult?
A. Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older (admission fee applies). One guardian can accompany up to three children.
Q. Is a reservation required?
A. You can enter the park without a reservation. However, we may distribute numbered tickets during busy periods.
Q. Are we allowed to bring in food and drinks?
A. To ensure the health of our cats, we do not allow visitors to bring in their own drinks. Please use the drink bar located within the park.
Q. Can I re-enroll?
A. As a general rule, we do not allow re-entry, but we will make exceptions in the following cases.
Since there are no restrooms inside the Aeon Mall Date store, it is possible to "temporarily leave" and "re-enter" the park to use the restrooms.
