At Dog Café MOFF, our top priority is ensuring that dogs can live healthy lives, both physically and mentally. We take meticulous care in everything from creating a comfortable environment for people and dogs to managing their health and providing daily care, so that people and dogs can spend time together in the same space without any discomfort. To ensure that you can enjoy interacting with your dog with peace of mind, we take responsibility for even the unseen details and value creating a comfortable space for both dogs and people.

A calm and comfortable environment for dogs contributes to their healthy daily lives. At Dog Café MOFF, we have created an environment that includes not only the spaces visible to customers, but also rest areas and backyards. We value creating a safe and comfortable place for dogs.
Creating an environment that respects the individuality of each animal.
Each dog has its own personality, strengths, and preferred way of spending time. Some dogs are very active, while others prefer to relax. We strive to understand the individuality of each dog and create an environment where they can live comfortably without any pressure.
Maintaining a clean environment through hygiene management.
Because it's a space where many dogs live, we thoroughly maintain daily cleaning and hygiene. We also pay attention to air quality and odor control, striving to create a comfortable space for both dogs and people.
About dog health management
At MOFF, our top priority is listening to the "silent voices" of dogs. We carefully check each dog's appetite, expressions, and even the slightest changes in their behavior every day. We don't force them to do anything they don't want to do, and we make sure they are living happily at their own pace. We believe that this accumulation of daily care leads to the happiness of the dogs and the peace of mind of our customers.
Health management and care
We carefully check the amount of food each animal eats and their facial expressions every day, and provide the best possible care tailored to their physical condition on that day.
Furthermore, to protect the health of our dogs and ensure the safety of our customers, we diligently carry out legally mandated rabies vaccinations (Rabies Prevention Act) and regular health checkups (Animal Welfare and Management Act). In addition, as optional care, we thoroughly administer annual combination vaccines and regular deworming medications (for heartworm, fleas, and ticks).
By carefully performing routine grooming such as nail trimming and brushing, we maintain an environment where dogs are always clean and comfortable both physically and mentally.
Organized medical backup system
Prioritizing the health of our partners who cannot communicate their discomfort verbally, we have established a system to systematically protect their lives as a company, with a resident in-house veterinarian and regular visits and guidance from two external consulting veterinarians.
Health check sheet (diary) / management sheet
At all our facilities, we use an app to record the health status of dogs daily, allowing us to objectively understand even the slightest changes each day. By managing these medical records as cloud data, we ensure thorough information sharing among store staff and veterinarians, enabling multiple eyes to immediately notice even small changes and create a system where we can provide timely treatment, prescriptions, and responses as needed.

At MOFF, our priority is creating an environment where dogs can live healthy lives, both physically and mentally, and be true to themselves. Each dog has a different personality and character, and their favorite games and comfortable distances vary. Rather than forcing interaction, we value building a relationship where people and dogs connect naturally, while respecting the feelings of each individual dog. Through the rich expressions and behaviors that arise from dogs feeling safe and secure, we hope to provide opportunities for people and dogs to understand and care for each other.
How dogs spend their time
The dogs at Dog Café MOFF live each day while respecting their individual personalities and pace.
We carefully conduct daily training so that the dogs can naturally get used to the unique environment of MOFF, such as being gently touched by many different people and living with many other dogs. We also carry out daily health checks and maintenance in a way that the dogs can feel safe and secure in.
In addition to interaction with people, proper rest is also important for dogs. In accordance with the Animal Welfare and Management Act, if a dog is out in the shop for more than 6 hours, we provide a solid break of 60 minutes or more in between.
We aim to create an environment where each animal can live comfortably and naturally, without any pressure. We invite you to come and experience the rich expressions and gestures that can only be seen in such an environment.
