We have set up an "escape zone" where the animals can freely rest away from people of their own volition. Rather than forcing interaction, we value creating an environment where the animals can choose for themselves whether they "want to spend time alone now" or "want to interact with people now."
Furthermore, we have implemented a "shift system" to ensure sufficient rest time, reducing the burden on individual animals. By providing time for them to reset their minds and bodies in a safe and secure environment, we strive to always show you our vibrant and energetic companions.
